Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing the website, creating an account, booking a session, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

Eligibility and children's services

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to purchase services or products. A parent or legal guardian must arrange, purchase, and supervise services for a minor and is responsible for the minor's compliance with these Terms. Children under 13 may not create accounts, join the email list, book sessions, or submit payment or contact information themselves.

Educational services

Team Tutor Plus provides educational materials, assessments, tutoring, and language-learning support. Results depend on many factors, including attendance, participation, practice, and individual needs. We do not guarantee a particular grade, test score, language level, admission result, job outcome, or rate of progress.

Placement assessments and recommendations are educational tools, not medical, psychological, legal, or other professional evaluations.

Bookings, prices, cancellations, and refunds

Current session details and prices are displayed on the website or booking page. Payment and booking may be handled by third-party providers. Any cancellation, rescheduling, refund, or expiration terms displayed during booking or checkout form part of these Terms and control for that transaction.

If a technical problem prevents access to a paid download or a service is not delivered as agreed, contact us promptly so we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

Digital products and license

Worksheet bundles, guides, and other downloads are licensed, not sold, for the purchaser's personal, noncommercial educational use. You may print reasonable copies for your own household or individual learning use unless the product expressly states otherwise.

You may not resell, redistribute, publicly post, share download links, upload files to shared repositories, remove copyright notices, or use the materials to create competing products. Schools, tutors, or organizations that need broader use rights must obtain written permission from Team Tutor Plus LLC.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for accurate account information and for keeping login credentials confidential. Do not misuse the website, interfere with its security, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or copy its content at scale, impersonate another person, submit unlawful or harmful content, or use the services to violate another person's rights.

Intellectual property

The website, curriculum, worksheets, graphics, logos, characters, written content, and other original materials are owned by Team Tutor Plus LLC or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited digital-product license above, no rights are granted without written permission.

Third-party services and links

The website links to or relies on third-party services for payments, bookings, assessments, hosting, and other functions. Their own terms and privacy policies govern your direct use of those services. Team Tutor Plus is not responsible for third-party websites or services outside our reasonable control.

Availability and disclaimers

We work to keep the services accurate and available, but they are provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these Terms. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary, including for maintenance, security, or legal reasons.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Team Tutor Plus LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the services. Our total liability for a claim relating to a paid product or service will not exceed the amount you paid for that product or service. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.

Changes and termination

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the services or legal requirements. The effective date will identify the latest version. We may restrict access for material violations of these Terms, fraud, abuse, security threats, or unlawful conduct.
